The biggest expense in computer repair is usually labor time. We are so efficient that we believe your total bill through BlueScreen will be lower than through our competitors—even if they have cheaper rates—because we get the work done faster. But it's not enough for us to simply say this. We want to prove it to you:

In 2009, we completed 72.8% of our appointments in one hour or less. A whopping 94.1% of our 2009 appointments were completed in 2 hours or less. More impressive, this information comes from all of our 2009 appointments—every single one of them. This means that many of the longer appointments were scheduled that way, and that those clients knew in advance that their issues would take extra time.

So when we say to you that we believe we can complete our service to you in one hour or less, please realize we are speaking from proven experience. Our expert efficiency will save you money.

Referral Statistics

BlueScreen is fast, yes. But we're also good.

One way of demonstrating our quality is to show how many of our new customers come from referrals versus advertising. We expect that any person or organization that refers us to others has a positive opinion of our quality. On the contrary, businesses that have to use a lot of advertising to draw in customers probably aren't getting as many referrals. If that's true, then our facts suggest there is a lot of positive opinion about BlueScreen Computer:

Since we've been in business, we've been asking our new customers how they heard of us. Most of them have been glad to say. By April 2010, of the customers we can track, a huge 87.3% came from referrals.
