Jesse MuellerJesse Mueller has been in the technology field for over 13 years. He has a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and holds numerous technology certifications. Prior to co-founding BlueScreen Computer in 2002, he provided computer repair and on-site support for the International Monetary Fund in Washington, DC. His eight years with BlueScreen has brought such a diversity of issues that he has become an expert at "in the moment" computer repair. Clients often credit him as having a "sixth sense" for diagnosing problems. Having worked on thousands of computers, his mastery of the field is richly complete, and he can address all computer needs. He is also one of the rare technicians capable of removing viruses and spyware by hand—an art that helps him avoid invasive and data-destroying methods.
He prides himself on saving customers money. Sometimes he does so by sharing free software solutions. He also does so simply by solving problems faster than his competition. As the chief of operations for BlueScreen, his ethics guide his hand: If your computer is not worth the cost of repair, he will tell you before accepting the appointment. Doing so gives you the opportunity to make the smartest choices with your money.
Jesse Mueller also takes pains to look out for his customers' well-being. He is alert for security breaches, fraud, and scams, and makes recommendations to clients to help keep them informed and protected. Childrens' welfare on the internet is a priority to him. And customers often appreciate his patient, kindly manner in discussing the needs at hand, dispelling internet rumors or urban legends, and helping them feel more comfortable with their computers.
Vail HenryIn the past ten years, Vail Henry has established, guided, and run two small service companies, both of which earned stellar reputations for quality in a short period of time. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Chadron State College. Through her other enterprise, she aided many small organizations to develop identities, marketing plans, web presences, media presences, and strategic publications to help them garner renown and success. Before her entrepreneurial decade, she worked as a manager of design and publication projects for a national nonprofit.
Vail Henry affirms that companies live on their reputations and referrals. She prioritizes delivering value to all those who are affected by the business. To this end, she helps strengthen BlueScreen's model of responsibility as well as its consistent, ethical performance. One of her objectives is to develop BlueScreen while keeping overhead to minimum—thus delivering unmatched quality-for-dollar to her customers.
In addition to her business duties, she volunteers her expertise to local charities and writes science fiction novels.
